X'clusive Looks makes every attempt to ship orders within 24 business hours. However X'clusive Looks reserves the right to ship within 24-72 business hours of receiving an order.

***HOT WEATHER SHIPPING ADVISORY*** At X'clusive Looks we use all natural ingredients as a result of that, our natural products can be very sensitive to HOT temperatures change and melt during the shipping process.

If your Beard Sauce arrives melted, place product in refrigerator for at least an hour so it can thicken back up. Or you can just leave product sitting out in a cool dry place for a day so it can thicken back up.

Please keep your products in a cool dry place. Our products contain all natural ingredients that will melt when exposed to warmer temperatures or when in direct sunlight.

Shipping Corrections

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to X'clusive Looks, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for:

1. Re-directing the package through UPS, FEDEX, USPS

2.Pay the additonal shipping if the package is returned to X'clusive Looks and needs to be re-shipped
